4SBB is committed to listing only New Homes for sale by the builder.
4SBB also offers Land Listings for developers,
thus serving the needs of New Home Buyers as well as home builders.

| Is there a membership fee? |
There is no membership fee for builders. Builders simply sign up using the Corporate Signup Form.
After that simply click Add/Edit Listings to add your listing for a one time fee of $74.95.

| If I forgot my username or password what should I do? |
Simply email us at info@4salebybuilder.net. Type your Name & Forgot Password or Username in the Subject Line. If your using an email other than the one you signed up with please also type your user email in the Body for security purposes.

| How much does a listing cost? |
|
Each 9 month listing is only $74.95. It includes 8 photos of your property and a very detailed description.

| How much is it to advertise my business on 4salebybuilder.net? |
Anyone can advertise under our Professional Services directory. The prices are as follows:
$49.95 for the First State. (Gets you listed under your state)
$10.00 for each additional State. (Gets you listed in multiple states)
$500.00 for all 50 States.
Also be sure to take advantage of our exposure and advertise your company on our home page. While room is still available you can place a 138pixel x 138pixel Advertisement on our home page. The prices are $250 for 6 months and $500 for 1 year. Need an Ad designed? Ask about our graphic design services.

| Is there a limit on how many listings I can add? |
|
List as many as you'd like.

| Can I advertise anywhere else while on your site? |
Absolutely. We do not require a contract or restrict your marketing in any way.
You may even choose to use our name in your other Ads such as classifieds, etc.
so people will be able to come to our website to view photos of your home.
Just be sure to add your listing number in your Ad so people can go straight to your property.

| Is there a minimum on the listing time before removing it? |
|
Nope. As a matter of fact, we want your home to sell as quickly as possible!

| How do I create a new home listing? |
- Click on Corporate Signup and fill in the info to create a free account. Be sure to use the address where you want your yard signs sent to.
- Now click Add New and fill out the form as completely as possible before clicking Submit. Be sure to include good pictures!!!
- Now click Subscribe and follow the directions to pay by Credit Card or Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account to pay.
- Once finished your listing may take up to 24 hrs to appear on our website. Your two signs will arrive UPS Ground.

| How many photos can I add to my listing? |
A maximum of 8 photos.
- Once you've uploaded your photos from your camera to your computer you need to make sure they're resized before uploading them to the website.
Open them in a photo editor like Photoshop and resize them to Width (500 pixels) x Height (375 pixels). This makes for a good size on any monitor.
- Still not sure? Email your photos to info@4salebybuilder.net and we'll edit and add them for you. Just be sure to put your name in the Subject Line.

| How do I edit my listing? |
|
Sign in with username and password and click on . Then click Edit located beside the listing.
|
| What type of properties can I list? |
We accept all new homes preferably for sale by builder.
If you’re a builder who uses a realtor that’s fine too. Simply list the realtors name and phone number as the person to contact.
The second type of listing we accept is land. We accept any type of land for sale whether it’s through a realtor or not.
Builders and Developers are always looking for land to develop. If you have land for sale through a realtor simply use their contact info in your listing.

| What if I need help? |

| What do I get with a listing? |
|
Your property will remain on our site for 9 months or until it sells.
You’ll receive two yard signs, one with your listing number to place in the yard of your property and the other is a directional sign with an arrow pointing to your property. The directional sign should be placed at a highly visible location at the end of your street. We also suggest purchasing extra directional signs to be placed in other areas for extreme visibility.

| Can I use your pre-approval service for a new construction loan? |
Absolutely, we recommend it. Even if you have a bank your used to we suggest giving our loan consultant a chance.
It doesn’t hurt and you may find that it’s a better deal.
